The Artistry Policy
Appointment & Deposit Policies

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book any service

Deposits apply toward your final session fee. Balance is due the day of your appointment (Zelle or credit card—no AmEx).
Reschedule, Cancellation & No‑Show

Reschedule once without penalty if done 5+ days before your appointment. Must be rescheduled within 3 months.

Reschedules within 5 days, or additional changes, incur a 20% reschedule fee.

Cancellations <5 days result in forfeiting deposit plus 50% of service cost.

No-show = forfeited deposit + charged 100% of service cost, and future bookings may be declined.

Pregnancy, Covid, or unexpected major events - We’ll hold your deposit for up to 1 year to reschedule.
Late Arrivals

Arriving 15+ minutes late = forfeit your deposit and appointment.

Touch‑Ups & Revisits

Initial touch-up must be booked 6–10 weeks after your first visit.

Revisit Refresher is available if it’s been between 12 months to 2 years since your last service. Approval is based on evaluating your current pigmentation.
What to Bring & Etiquette

Come alone—no guests or children.

Bring only essentials (phone, keys, wallet).

Dress comfortably and consider layering.

Cover-Up / Corrective Work

If you have previous permanent makeup done by another artist or scars, upload clear photo(s) for review before booking. Upload images here.

We require at least 90% fading of old brow pigment to proceed.

Cover-ups often require multiple sessions and extra fees.

If existing brow work is too dark or dense, you may need tattoo removal first.

Booking without prior approval forfeits your deposit—no exceptions.
